In Ms. Becker’s art class, Yeshivat Noam fifth grade boys are working on insect symmetry. On a folded paper, they drew half of an insect with black oil pastel. By closing and rubbing the paper, they were able to imprint a perfectly symmetrical image on the other side of their paper. These insects are being painted in neon colors for an incredibly cool glowing effect under a black light.
