This was CapitIl’s second event in six months at Keter Torah and its fourth event in New Jersey this year.

The presentation left attendees feeling better able to manage this process, knowing that CapitIl has a team of experts ready to assist them every step of the way.

Ben Levene, director of Capitil Real Estate, who organizes these panels four to five times a year in the U.S., said, “This was a superb event and I have already arranged to show people apartments when they come over Chanukah and end of December.”

He continued, “I will be back in Teaneck and Englewood in three to four months and I am sure I will sit with a number of people from the event privately.”

Levene emphasized the importance of starting and building relationships and helping people with proper service throughout the purchasing process. The panelists echoed this sentiment, focusing on relating to each client from a service perspective.
