JEC fourth through eighth grade students gathered for a meaningful Yom Hashoah v’Hagevura program last week. They read “The Tattooed Torah” and spoke about the importance of keeping stories alive through memories. Rabbi Beer shared the story of a survivor that JEC students will keep in mind as they do mitzvot. The program concluded with the “Kel Maleh” and a very powerful video of chayalim singing “Ani Maamin.”
