Many organizations have stepped up during these “unprecedented” times. I have been the recipient of one of these organizations: Project Ezrah. In late March, I found myself laid off from my job. This was a new phenomenon for me, having worked for the last 20 years. The employment landscape has changed since I first started working. With this in mind, I reached out to Project Ezrah. I found real support from Jeff Mendelson, from helping me update my resume, to walking me through the interview process with recruiters, regional v.p.s, etc. I am happy to report that this mentoring helped me receive a job offer and I thank Project Ezrah for their immediate support and guidance. If one finds themselves in a similar situation, reach out to Project Ezrah. It’s worth the call.
