Jump Into Shape Focuses on the Core

(Courtesy of Jump Into Shape) Jump Into Shape ( www.jumpintoshape.fun ), a fitness program designed to build a healthier body for your soul, has started a new women’s core strength class for women of all ages. The class is led by Teaneck resident Adina Zahtz, a junior at Naaleh High School in Fair Lawn. “Adina, a long-time Jump Into Shape member and an instructor for the Women’s 20 and Under class, received several requests for a quick core-only workout,” said Moshe Moskowitz, founder and lead trainer of Jump Into Shape. “After hearing amazing feedback from the women in her jump roping classes, I knew Adina had the instincts and ability to design and lead this class.”

In the first week, over 50 people joined the women’s core strength class and the feedback has been resoundingly positive. “Adina’s core classes are a great, quick way to build strength every single week, in addition to the regular jump rope classes,” shared a devoted participant. A 12-minute class is just the right amount of time to target one specific area and is manageable to fit into a busy schedule.

“For many people, school and work are back in full swing, and exercise and taking care of your physical health is more important than ever,” said Adina. “I’m excited to bring another program to women of all ages who want to get fit and stay fit.”

The women’s core strength class meets twice a week on Mondays from 7:45 p.m. – 8:57 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 8:10 p.m. – 8:22 p.m. The Monday class meets right before Jump Into Shapes women’s beginner class and the Wednesday class meets after Adina’s 20 & Under Women’s beginner class. All classes are on Zoom and include a one-minute stretch before and after the 10-minute core workout. Each class costs only $4 and is included in the $80 monthly unlimited Jump Into Shape plan. No equipment is required and women at all fitness levels can join from anywhere in the world for a quick strength training workout focused on the abdominal and back muscles.

In addition, Jump Into Shape offers 14 jump rope classes each week. The jump rope classes combine weighted jump ropes and bodyweight exercises, making fitness fun for men and women of all ages. All classes are taught online via Zoom. Register today at www.jumpintoshape.fun/classes.
