When teaching about gratitude, the best learning happens through modeling the midah. RPRY, along with its PTA, RPRY PLUS, and its Hakarat Hatov Committee, have been very busy making sure each staff member knows how much he or she is appreciated; particularly this year that teachers have gone above and beyond.

RPRY will be honoring all of its teachers at this year’s Virtual Toby Mayer Memorial Scholarship Breakfast! In previous years, one teacher is highlighted and honored during this breakfast. However, this past year all the teachers tirelessly dedicated themselves, creatively ensuring the care and education of their students.

In addition, RPRY PLUS and the Hakarat Hatov Committee organized a delicious catered lunch for the teachers, staff and administration to show their appreciation for all the hard work the school has done to open safely this year. The teachers were treated to a delicious dessert of Thanksgiving themed macarons, beautiful flowers and a Thanksgiving-themed cookbook with recipes shared by RPRY’s early childhood families!
