As Mrs. Emily Menasha’s seventh grade students finished their unit on the Bill of Rights, they had the unbelievable opportunity to hear from Mr. Eric Morrell, a criminal defense attorney in Middlesex County. Mr. Morrell discussed the process and timeline of a criminal case and answered any questions the students had on the Bill of Rights and the criminal justice system. It’s always such an amazing eye-opening experience when the students are able to see their classroom studies applied in real life.
