Yavneh Academy Ganon students have completed an exciting unit on the human body. After making cut-out body puppets, they added the internal organs as they learned about their functions. The children participated in many hands-on experiments to demonstrate how the heart, lungs, brain, muscles, kidneys and intestines work. The class also invited family members who work in the medical field to “Zoom in” and talk about their specialties.
