RKYHS marked Yom Hazikaron with thoughtful programming to remember and honor Israel’s fallen and give meaning to the day. Using photos, music, videos, biographical accounts and personal accounts from family members, the memorial program for each division personalized and brought to life the names of soldiers and victims of terror that paid the ultimate sacrifice for the State of Israel. High School students signed up to perform mitzvot and dedicate their Torah learning in honor and in memory of fallen IDF soldiers throughout the decades.
