Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey (JFSCNJ) will present “Mother-Baby Yoga” on Tuesday, August 24 at 11 a.m., at the Harvitt Family Porch of the JFS Halpern Building, 655 Westfield Avenue in Elizabeth. A Zoom option will also be available.

This free program will be led by JFSCNJ social worker and yoga instructor, Alyssa Reiner, LCSW, RYT200. She specializes in a strength-based yoga approach that includes mindfulness, restorative postures and a therapeutic, holistic approach to mental and physical wellness.

This event is part of the JFSCNJ Mother-Baby Program, a holistic wellness program to support pregnant women, new mothers and their families. The program is supported with a grant from the Turrell Fund.
