During the days leading up to Yom Kippur, Aseret Yemei Teshuva, Yavneh Academy early childhood students learned about teshuva, tefillah and tzedaka. Students created tzedaka boxes for the classrooms and for their homes. The students also learned about the halachot of Yom Kippur including what types of shoes they can and cannot wear.
