RPRY, under the umbrella of its phenomenal Think Tank, is proud to announce a partnership with Fresh Theatre Arts for a month-long workshop with fifth and sixth grades to nurture their social-emotional skills. Through fun and high-interest activities, students will develop the skills for collaboration and creating communities of kindness that are foundational for high caliber academic and lifelong success. Topics in the eight session residency include self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision making. Through the lens of acting and theatre, students will build tools for problem-solving and active listening. The workshop is taught by artist Lisa Gunn-Becker. At RPRY, educating and nurturing the whole child is a hallmark of academic excellence. Everyone is looking forward to having a fantastic program!
