The fifth graders at Yeshivat He’Atid were tasked with developing “Adaptive Technology Inventions” that solve a problem. The students then showed their inventions to their classmates who assessed whether the invention was helpful and worthy of purchase. The projects ranged from Fingerprint Safes, Glow Bottles, An Airplane Note Passer, CCC (Coffee, Cream, Cup), Portable/Foldable Wheelchair Ramp, and Prosthetic Arm controlled by an Apple watch. These ‘Shark Tank’ style presentations showed off the students’ creativity, attention to detail and entrepreneurial spirit!
