The children in The Moriah School pre-k learned in this week’s parsha that Avraham’s wife Sarah was a special lady. Hashem blessed her with three miracles every day: Her Shabbat candles stayed lit for the entire week; Her challah stayed fresh all week; and there was always a special cloud that covered Sara’s tent at all times. As a follow-up activity, the children baked their own challah this week. They poured, mixed and kneaded the dough to form their own challah for Shabbat.
