Rabbi Efraim Mintz, executive director of the Rohr Jewish Learning Institute (JLI) and National Jewish Retreat, will lead the 19 Kislev farbrengen (gathering) at Chabad of West Orange, on Sunday, November 21 at 8 p.m., accompanied by Michael Aaron, who will play chasidic melodies on the violin.
