The Moriah school nursery students began their week learning all about the sevivon! They played with dreidels to remember what the children needed to do to learn Torah. When the children were studying and would hear Antiochus’ army coming, they would quickly take out their dreidels and pretend to be playing a game. The children played a fun math game. They each took turns spinning the dreidels and whichever letter it would land on, they would color in that letter’s box on their dreidel graph paper. At the end of the game they counted how many boxes each letter had, which is how many times that letter was spun. They had so much fun!
