The children at IEBECC rolled up their sleeves and got messy trying to take the pits out of the olives. Once the pits were out of the olives, the olives went into a machine to make olive juice. The olive juice went into a different machine to separate the oil from the juice. Finally it was time to light the menorah using the olive oil they helped make. The children sang the brachot and lit the menorah!
