The yeladim in Kol Chaverim Preschool in Fair Lawn celebrated Tu B’Shevat this week with a festive Seder. We tasted all the foods of the Sheva Minim. All classes planted parsley, which will soon grow and can be used for Pesach. We discussed what grows on trees and the many things trees do for us. Some classes explored birds as well. We painted with feathers and had a ‘bird feeding’ sensory table.
