BPY kindergarteners began a new research project about the human body. First they looked at themselves in the mirror, learned about Rembrandt and self-portraits and painted their external features as a part of an “All About Me” unit. Then they wondered about what’s inside their bodies. After generating a list of questions, they divided into groups and each researched a different system—skeletal system, muscular system, digestive system, and circulatory system. Our budding doctors, scientists and researchers are thoroughly engrossed in this new project. We can’t wait to read their published books.
