This week at Bruriah Middle School, Dr. Melanie Gottdenger’s seventh and eighth grade history students began the presentations that culminated weeks of project-based learning. Videos, newspapers, games, tri-boards and 3-D displays were some of the media that students chose to demonstrate a deep understanding of their topics. Students in each class listened to their peers with rapt attention, as they learned and applied the content knowledge to the unit’s essential questions.
