There’s a Lot More To Be Said About the Tuition Crisis

I am a parent who is proud to be in debt due to the high cost of my children’s education in the Jewish day school movement. There are several issues which I feel need to be discussed and would appreciate if they could be rectified by the local administrators.

First and foremost my children find it difficult to choose which pair of sneakers they should wear in the morning. Preparation takes that much longer as they decide between their off-white x Nike, Travis Scott x Air Jordan and Supreme x Nike SB. Would it not be possible for the school to advocate one for each month of the year?

It has come to my attention that the selection of eateries in the Queen Anne area has become really boring. Could a food vendor not be encouraged to prepare Indian and or Mexican cuisine? How many bagels, pizza, sushi and schnitzel can they possibly devour?

As well, this business of driving our children back and forth in the evenings to basketball games, hockey games, etc. is extremely tiring. Does the school not have access to a limousine service which they could contract with to make sure the stress is removed from the parents? Just how much do you expect from us anyway?

Just one more thing. Is it not possible to check with the Farmer’s Almanac in advance of planning the spring break from school? Last year we went to the Alps for our ski trip and there was no snow.

Keep up the good work.

P.S. I have a problem with people who hide behind anonymity and don’t say their names in The Jewish Link.
