The world has recently witnessed a modern-day Exodus as thousands of men, women and children had to flee from death and destruction as their homes and cities burned. Many of them fled with the shirts on their backs, just like our forefathers did when they left Egypt some 3,300 years ago.
This Passover, the story of the Exodus will have an entirely new meaning.
May we soon enter the era of global peace and harmony, when “One nation shall not lift a sword against another…”
Rabbi Mendy and Altie Kasowitz, co-directors of Chabad West Orange, invite the community to join them for the Passover Seder with best wishes for a happy and sweet Pesach!
