SAR Academy proudly hosted its fourth annual matzah factory. Families and students were able to produce hand-made kosher 18-minute shmurah matzah onsite at school.

SAR is fortunate to have a special matzah oven made by a family in Yerushalayim that has helped to perfect their product over the past few decades. In addition to the oven, SAR offered a kneading table, stainless steel rollers, dough docker/perforator, dough cutter, rolling tables and shmurah flour—all on site—for matzah production! Rabbi Danny Senter oversaw the project and kashrut supervision was provided by the Kof-K.
