After distinguished service as an Assistant District Attorney in New York, where he prosecuted various types of crimes, and then as a trial lawyer with two of New Jersey’s premier law firms, Mr. Rosenblatt brings the highest quality litigation and court room expertise to Bergen County. Mr. Rosenblatt combines for his clients the skills of a seasoned trial lawyer, a savvy criminal defense attorney and the smarts of a civil/commercial litigator with a decade and a half of court room experience involving the financial, insurance and securities industries. He represents individual and corporate clients in all types of civil, regulatory and criminal litigations in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York and in administrative hearings, arbitrations, mediations and appeals. He also routinely appears in state, federal, and municipal courts, representing individuals facing a wide variety of serious criminal offenses.
Mr. Rosenblatt was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve as a member of the District Ethics Committee, which investigates allegations of wrongdoing and misconduct by attorneys. This experience, among others, has given Mr. Rosenblatt extensive background in representing clients who have been wronged by malpractice or the negligence of their attorneys.
Mr. Rosenblatt received his Bachelor’s degree cum laude from Yeshiva University in 1995 and his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1998, where he earned high honors as a Member of the American Criminal Law Review and was a published author on “White Collar Crimes.” He was named a “Rising Star” by the New Jersey edition of SuperLawyers from 2006-2008. Mr. Rosenblatt currently serves as co-author on legal ethics and legal malpractice for the New Jersey Law Journal.
