Torah Academy of Bergen County (TABC) hosted a Yom Iyun on December 25. Over 100 TABC parents and grandparents of freshmen and sophomores joined their sons and grandsons for a morning of learning and celebration. Following a beautiful Shacharit, seven students celebrated a siyum on Messechet Makkot. To celebrate this simcha, all students enjoyed a delicious seudat mitzvah.

The morning proceeded with parents and grandparents having the opportunity to learn b’chavruta with TABC students. They enjoyed the special treat of having their sons teach them sources for a Chanukah shiur. The beautiful Kol Torah permeated each classroom as the students and parents enjoyed a shiur by their son’s rebbe. The morning culminated with all students, parents and grandparents joined together in the Beit Knesset for a special D’var Torah by Rabbi Yossi Adler.
