A Thousand People Walk in the Rain For Edan Alexander

Edan Alexander, a resident of Tenafly, New Jersey, has been held hostage by Hamas for over 120 days. This past Friday over 1,000 people gathered in the rain in Tenafly to bring awareness to his continued captivity. As part of the global initiative run4lives.org, which organizes weekly walks in many local municipalities including Teaneck; Tenafly; and Riverdale, New York, the crowd walked peacefully through Tenafly. Edan’s parents, Yael and Adi Alexander, led the group in a refrain of “Bring them home.” Participants in the walk expressed fervent hope that Edan would be returned to his family safely immediately.

A large crowd showed up in the rain to participate.
