The Thunder team just celebrated their championship win in the Hoop Heaven Bergen County AAU league. The team is made up of local yeshiva boys from Frisch and TABC and is coached by Dr. Burt Wisotsky, who volunteers his time to coach this 10th grade team of all-stars, despite not having a kid on the team.
Wisotsky coached his son, along with other Frisch, SAR and TABC boys throughout their high school career for the past few years, winning championships. Those boys have now graduated and this 10th grade team consists of some siblings and some new players who he has taken under his wing and turned them into Hoop Heaven champions!
