Aim Hire provides employment with dignity, helping those who are underemployed or unemployed combat the challenges that age discrimination, COVID and inflation have exacerbated in our community. Aim Hire specifically caters to those who are above the age of 40.

Different from any other job placement organization, Aim Hire offers to subsidize up to 40-60% of the salary of a candidate or “Job Seeker” for the first three months of employment. Aim Hire’s grant acts as an incentive or VIP ticket to the front line of employers, or “Job Benefactors” seeking to hire.
