We specifically cater towards individuals over the age of 40 who have been unemployed or underemployed for at least 18 weeks.

As an incentive for employers to consider our candidates, we offer to subsidize 40-60% of an employee’s salary for the first three months of employment, ensuring our confidence that they’ll be satisfied with their new employee.
