(Courtesy of AMIT) AMIT’s annual Monte Carlo Night returns to Teaneck this year, and attendees will again be able to try their luck at fun games including blackjack, poker and roulette, as well as take part in a silent auction on Judaica art and a raffle for some great prizes. The event will take place on Saturday night, December 29, at 8:30 p.m.
Organized by the Hindy Weinstock/Geula Chapter of Greater Teaneck, proceeds from the event will go toward supporting AMIT’s network of 110 schools and youth villages in Israel. Recently named the number one educational network in Israel, AMIT offers children from diverse religious and socioeconomic backgrounds equal access to a cutting-edge, Jewish values–based education.
“Last year’s Monte Carlo Night was a huge success,” said Chana Shields, one of the event’s co-chairs. “Everyone who came enjoyed a terrific night! We hope that this year’s event will be even better and look forward to an evening of great food, fun casino games and fabulous prizes, with a goal of supporting the over 34,000 children that are part of the AMIT network in Israel!”
AMIT’s Monte Carlo Night will once again be hosted by Annie and Yale Baron, who have graciously opened their home for this event for the past two years. “We are so pleased to be hosting this event again this year,” said Annie Baron. “My family and I got to see firsthand the life-changing impact that AMIT has on its children during our recent visit to Frisch Beit Hayeled, and we are looking forward to another exciting event in support of its mission.”
Couvert for the event is $90 per person or $180 per couple and many sponsorship opportunities are available. There is also special pricing for young couples who wish to attend.
