Anshe Chesed of Linden was honored to welcome Rabbi Simcha Willig for a memorable evening of Torah, music, and Selichot. Speaking at Anshe Chesed for the third time, Rabbi Willig expressed his deep affection for the community and the strong connections he has built with our members.
The Selichot program, which is a cornerstone of Anshe Chesed’s Elul offerings, attracted participants from the broader Metrowest community. During the evening, Rabbi Willig led a kumzitz to prepare everyone for Rosh Hashanah. The songs were powerful, the tefillot meaningful, and the Torah teachings impactful. As Steve Geltzer noted upon leaving, “That was the most inspiring Selichot of my life.” Thank you to all who participated and made it as meaningful as it was.
