Anshei loves to celebrate Tu B’Shevat! Students held Tu B’Shevat sedarim, planted seeds, tried new fruits, built edible pretzel trees and attended the Tu B’Shevat Fair. At the fair, they used magnifying glasses, light tables, shovels and their hands to examine the different parts and products of a tree.
