Are you registered to vote?
If you ever had a question in your mind whether you should register to vote, please know, the answer is YES.
With critical local and federal elections this year, don’t leave yourself out of the vote.
With taxes on the rise, and government allocating less money to more organizations, your vote is your voice on how these decisions should be made.
This year, we saw some public and private school communities come close to losing school busing, a critical service, as a result of budget prioritizations. We saw much-needed federal funding going to a select few organizations for safety and security. By voting for officials who share your values, you can make a difference.
Make no mistake, your vote counts and there is
strength in numbers.
Please take a moment and fill out the simple voter registration form and mail back by April 18th. This will allow you to vote in the Municipal (Teaneck), Primary and General Elections for 2014.
