On Monday, November 18, at noon, the Young Israel of Fort Lee will be hosting Rabbi Herbert J. Cohen, a dynamic speaker, for its Lunch and Learn. Rabbi Cohen has been a movie fan for as long as he can remember. He believes movies offer a unique insight into the human condition.

From “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” to “Chariots of Fire” to the Batman trilogy, Rabbi Cohen finds lessons in all of them. He is the author of the new book “Kosher Movies.” Autographed copies will be available for sale.
