Julie Satow, an award-winning journalist who has covered real estate in New York City for more than a decade, will appear at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades on Wednesday, December 11, 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m., to discuss her highly anticipated new book, “The Plaza: The Secret Life of America’s Most Famous Hotel.” This riveting story details the rich and unforgettable history of how one illustrious hotel has defined our understanding of money and glamour. The presentation will include juicy stories about residents, guests and the various owners of this iconic property. Satow is a regular contributor to the New York Times. Her work has also appeared on National Public Radio, and in the New York Post, HuffPost and elsewhere.
