Eta Krasna Levenson

Eta Krasna Levenson is a social worker who lives with her family in West Orange. Since the passing of her son Eric by suicide in 2016, she and her family founded the Eric Eliezer Levenson Foundation for Hope to fight the stigmatization of mental illness, raise the awareness about mental health challenges and help prevent suicide. Towards that end, she also runs public workshops called “Talk Saves Lives” and “More Than Sad,” sponsored by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. She can be reached at [email protected].
