Ayelet Eizikovitz Celebrates Her Bat Mitzvah With a Year of Chesed and Giving

Ayelet Eizikovitz, a sixth grade student at Rosenbaum Yeshiva of North Jersey, became a bat mitzvah on November 22 and continued her year-long theme of chesed and giving. Last year, Ayelet organized a bake sale and raised over $2,000 for the children of Bet Elazraki, a residential home in Netanya, Israel run by Emunah for children in distress. When she visited Israel with her parents last May for a cousin’s bar mitzvah, she participated in a bat mitzvah party for all the girls at Bet Elazraki. At her recent celebration, all of the centerpieces on the tables were different board games that have been donated to the Bergen County Chanukah Toy Drive.

Ayelet is the daughter of Nina and Judah Eizikovitz of Bergenfield, and granddaughter of Gail and William Hochman of Fair Lawn and Bonnie and Jack Eizikovitz of Teaneck.
