With pitchers and catchers starting to report to spring training shortly, baseball is starting to enter the mind of baseball fans. But lest one think that one needs to wait until October for intense playoff baseball, fear not because Bergenfield Baseball Organization (BBO) is gearing up for the 2023 spring season of little league baseball. BBO is open to boys and girls in kindergarten through eighth grade who live in Bergenfield, New Milford, Englewood, Fair Lawn, Paramus and Fort Lee (Teaneck residents are encouraged to sign up for TBO). The goal is for the players to have fun playing “America’s pastime” while learning the game and improving at the same time. Registration for most divisions is almost full.
