Bi-Cultural Hebrew Academy celebrated Yom Ha’atzmaut in style. Morah Maytal Lerner and the banot, Shira Elbaz and Hadar Perez, planned a fun-filled day that began with a school-wide assembly and all-student photograph to honor Israel’s 75th birthday. The students enjoyed a falafel lunch outside and participated in various fun activities, from making pickles and “kadurei shokolad” to bracelets and art projects, Israeli dancing, Tzahal training exercises, eating freshly made pita and so much more!
