This past Sunday, students and parents at the Bergen County High School of Jewish Studies celebrated Yom Ha’atzmaut with a program on Israeli innovations. Paul Friedman from StandWithUs presented the program about the amazing technological contributions that Israel has provided for the world and highlighted the innovations that teens use every day such as the iphone and usb flash drive. After the program everyone enjoyed cake to celebrate Israel’s independence.
