Bergen County Flag Football Plays Opening Week

(BCFL) This past Sunday the boys of the Bergen County Flag Football League kicked off the season with a full schedule of 20 exciting games. Three of the games ended in ties and many others were decided by less than a touchdown.

Next Sunday BCFL will once again be partnering with Fast Twitch,  (https://www.fasttwitch.com/) a company that trains HS and professional athletes, to conduct a skills clinic instead of the regular scheduled games. The clinics will be at the Lombardi field 230 Roosevelt Place as follows: K/1, 12:00-12:45; 2/3, 12:45-1:30; 4/5, 1:30-2:15; and 6/7/8, 2:15-3:00. After that we have no games on April 28 for Pesach. The season will resume on May fifth when BCFL will take over MetLife stadium for the third straight year. The Bergen County Flag Football League would like to publicly thank the Bergen County Sheriff’s office for their quick response and ability to contain a group of protesters in another section of the park, preventing them from disrupting an amazing day of flag football.
