Bergen County commemorated the annual Holocaust Memorial Day on April 18 at the Bergen County Plaza. Rabbi Kanelsky spoke about the Holocaust and led the memorial prayers.

Six candles were lit by Mrs. Claire Kahane, Mr. Leon Kozak, Mr. Yitz Stern, Mrs. Deborah Veach, Assemblyman Gary Schaer and Rabbi Mordechai Kanelsky.
