(Courtesy of BGFF) Flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports today, with more than 20 million participants in 100 countries and counting. NFL Flag—just one organizer of youth flag football in the United States—has nearly 600,000 players across 1,853 active leagues. The Bergen County Girls Flag Football League is one of those leagues, and they will be hosting a free flag football clinic on Sunday, September 10, from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Hackensack Middle School. All girls going into grades kindergarten-eighth grades are eligible to attend. The clinic will be led by Coach Ray Cetrulo from Next Sports Rep.
Coach Ray brings a wealth of experience in sports training and has worked with some of the most elite youth athletes in Northern New Jersey. His coaching acumen and dedication have made a lasting impact on the athletes he has mentored. In addition to the training clinic, there will be a raffle for a Quinnen Williams autographed football. All attendees will be automatically enrolled in the raffle. There will be other swag giveaways as well. To sign up for the clinic email [email protected] or call 201-314-8931.
