Zadies Bake Shop has been serving fresh baked goods and challah for four generations, now owned by Adam Steinberg. Zadies has become a mainstay for locals to grab Shabbat goodies, birthday cakes, challah and more. One customer called it “the epitome of the old-fashioned local bakery” on Google, saying she visits whenever she’s in New Jersey. The nut-free facility opened in 2005 with RCBC certification. Zadies is located at 19-09 Fair Lawn Avenue in Fair Lawn.
