Chanukah is here and BPY Gan Parparim is so excited to celebrate! Students have been learning all about the story of Yehuda HaMaccabi, acting it out, and discovering the significance of the sevivon. To bring the sevivon to life, they practiced our fine motor skills by spinning them (in paint!), strengthened their Hebrew vocabulary by learning what each letter represents, and even applied math skills by spinning the sevivon multiple times and graphing the results.
