Ben Porat Yosef students, from toddlers through fifth grade were treated to an amazing concert from “Bash the Trash” on Thursday, May 17. The “Bash the Trash” ensemble builds, performs and educates with musical instruments made from reused and repurposed materials, combining science, music and environmental awareness through their performances. The students enjoyed learning—and hearing—how art and science can work together to create beautiful music.
