Ben Porat Yosef students, from toddlers through eighth grades enjoyed ‘mock hakafot’ with their teachers and friends on Wednesday, October 19th. The students danced with the torah, and older students showed the youngest grades both the Sephardic and Ashkenazic torah scrolls, explaining how though they may look different on the outside, they are the exact same on the inside.
