Ben Porat Yosef students learned about farming and planting in the school’s own garden, from “Farmer Yosef” of GrowTorah. The second grade students learned about how growth begins and how many new plants can come from just a single flower. All of the students got the chance to pick some of the earlier plantings. Yosef showed the students the seeds inside the flowers and asked the students to imagine what it was like for Noach to replant the entire world following the mabul.
