To kick off an amazing start to their middle school career, the BPY sixth grade class embarked on a trip full of team building fun at Ring Homestead this past Thursday. Nestled in the woods of upstate New York, the students were immersed in a day of team building activities, rope course adventures, with a sweet finale of marshmallow roasting. BPY is so proud of these students for their energy, enthusiasm and middot. Many of the students experienced sincere growth even over the course of just a few hours on this trip. While there were some very nervous rope climbers, each and every student ended up facing their fears and their classmates showed up to cheer them on and patiently coach them through the more challenging parts of the course. What a tremendous start of the year for the newest members of the middle school—and what wonderful adventures and accomplishments are in store for the class of 2027!
