Ben Porat Yosef sixth grade students had the opportunity to meet with Assemblywoman Annette Chaparro on Wednesday, May 25 and ask her questions about her work in the New Jersey General Assembly. The students also met with Josh Pruzansky, Regional Director of OU Advocacy New Jersey and Teach NJS about the important work he is doing together with lawmakers like Assemblywoman Chaparro to ensure that schools like Ben Porat Yosef receive equal funding for security, technology, nursing aid and textbooks
